The vacuum freeze drying machine is an advanced method for the material for the material de-watering. It freezes the moisture material in the low temperature and makes the water inside sublimate directly in the vacuum condition. Then it collects the sublimated vapor by means of the condensing way so as to dewater and dry the material. The processed material can be recovered quickly if being watered again.
It is the most advanced technology for food dehydration processing at present. Compared with the common drying method, the freeze-dried food produced with this technology features long period of quality assurance, good re-hydration nature, good-looking color, good flavor, taste, shape and high content of nutritious components. The dried food basically remains unchanged in its volume and shape, it looks like sponge and has no shrinking. This kind drying technology can be widely used in process of vegetables, fruits, condiments, aquatic products, biological products, medicine, beverage and etc.
Before the large scale production, small sized pilot freeze dryer is used to get the data curve of freeze drying process. All the data about temperature, pressure inside the chamber and the weight of the drying material is saved in computer, which is the guidance of real mass production, and it’s also suitable for universities, institutes and other organizations for samples and crafts research or process testing, especially suitable for small production with high value-added. LCD display makes it more clear to monitor the whole process, the pre-set curve can be revised in order to achieve the optimization of process options.
